Eurazeo to sell stake in Cogniny to NICE
July 28 (Reuters) - French investment group Eurazeo EURA.PA announced on Monday it has signed an agreement for the sale of its stake in Cognigy, a conversational and agentic AI group, to NICE Ltd.
