Dec 20 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on
the region's markets or individual stocks.
    
    Eurazeo  EURA.PA :
    Eurazeo announced the sale of its stake in Humens. It added
that as part of this sale, proceeds for its balance sheet amount
to 33 million euros.
    
    FRANCE/POLITICS/IMMIGRATION:
    French lawmakers gave their final approval to a contested
bill that toughens rules for immigrants on Tuesday, giving
President Emmanuel Macron a policy victory that nonetheless
exposed cracks in his centrist majority.
    
    FRANCE/GERMANY/FISCAL RULES:
    France and Germany have reached a "100 percent" agreement on
how to reform the European Union's fiscal rules, French Finance
Minister Bruno Le Maire said on Tuesday after talks with his
German counterpart concluded.
    
    Verallia  VRLA.PA :
    The company said it will record year-on-year revenue growth
below the announced 20% but confirms its adjusted EBITDA target
of more than 1.1 billion euros in 2023.
