Dec 12 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on
the region's markets or individual stocks.
    
    Eurazeo  EURA.PA 
    France-based investment company Eurazeo announced it had
entered into exclusive discussions to sell its entire financial
stake in Albingia, for a return, including dividends, of 2.2x
cash-on-cash, expected to finalise by spring 2025.
    
    BIC  BICP.PA 
    French consumer-product company Bic announced it had
acquired hair-brush brand Tangle Teezer for a total
consideration of around 200 million euros. Separately, the firm
also announced that CEO Gonzalve Bich will step down and be
replaced on Sept 30, 2025.
