SOFIA, Jan 19 (Reuters) - Bulgaria's energy regulator has
allowed Czech utility CEZ CEZP.PR to sell its power
distribution company in Bulgaria to insurance and financial
group Eurohold 4EH.BB , it said on Tuesday.
The decision effectively clears the closure of a 335 million
euros ($406.29 million) deal, under which Eurohold along with
the power distributor that provides electricity to more than two
million people will acquire other CEZ energy assets in Bulgaria.
The deal has already been approved by the country's
competition regulator.
