    EU/UKRAINE:
    The European Union is exploring ways to increase help for
Ukraine's energy sector following "cruel and inhumane" Russian
attacks that have caused widespread power cuts, EU Energy
Commissioner Kadri Simson said on Tuesday.
    TOTALENERGIES  TTEF.PA :
    TotalEnergies SE  TTEF.PA  was raising production levels on
multiple units at its 238,000 barrel-per-day Port Arthur, Texas,
refinery on Tuesday after an overnight upset, said sources
familiar with plant operations.
