** Shares in France-based Euroapi fall roughly 12% to their lowest since early August, after the pharmaceuticals company cut its annual net sales outlook
** The firm said on Tuesday it expected that full-year net sales would decrease by mid-single digits versus previously guided decline of low-single digits
** "We expect the shares to underperform today given the 18% implied cuts to 2025 consensus Core EBITDA", J.P. Morgan analysts say in a note
** They add that the guidance cut additionally implies the full year sales will stand at around 866.3 million euros ($1.02 billion)
** Analysts at BNP Paribas Portzamparc also cut Euroapi's rating to "hold" from "accumulate" following the guidance change
** Out of five analysts that cover the French firm, one rates the stock at "buy", two rate it at "hold" and two at "strong sell" or "sell", according to LSEG data
