UK's Eurocell rises after deal to acquire Alunet

** Shares of PVC building products distributor Eurocell ECEL.L rise as much as 2.04% to 150p

** Co announces acquisition of Dewsbury-based Alunet for 29 mln pounds ($37.5 mln) on a debt/cash-free basis

** Deal is expected to be accretive to the group's underlying earnings for 2025

** ECEL recorded FY24 unaudited rev. of 43 mln pounds ($55.6 mln) and EBITDA of 4.5 mln pounds ($5.8 mln)

** Eurocell stock up ~30.53% in 2024
