Azelis Group AZE.BR: Innovation service provider and distributor of specialty chemicals and food ingredients Azelis Group launched its LTIP share buyback programme for 2026, purchasing up to 150,000 shares under its long-term incentive plan, starting on 27 April 2026 and running until the earlier of 8 May 2026 or when the maximum number of shares has been repurchased.
Casino CASP.PA: French supermarket retailer Casino obtained from its creditors an extension of maturity of its operational financings until 28 May 2026, with the Quatrim debt consent now extended until the same date, aiming to reach an agreement in principle by end of June 2026 at the latest.
