Notice is given that the Issuer has applied to the Irish Stock Exchange plc, trading as Euronext Dublin ("Euronext Dublin"), and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange ("Börse Frankfurt"), to remove the Notes, where applicable, listed above from the Official List and from trading on the regulated market of Euronext Dublin and from the Open Market and trading on the Börse Frankfurt. 
 
Euronext Dublin and the Börse Frankfurt have agreed to delist the Notes with immediate effect.
