DCM US Multi-Family Homes PLC 9.25% USD Bonds due 2025

(the "Bonds")

 

The Issuer is pleased to announce that it has paid its quarterly coupon due to
bondholders on 1(st) April 2023 under its secured Medium-Term Note Bond
Programme.

 

The bonds are listed on the Official List and admitted to trading on the
Global Exchange Market of Euronext Dublin and the Frankfurt Open Market.

 

The next coupon payment is due on 1(st) July 2023.
