ANNOUNCEMENT OF PARTIAL DELISTING
U.S.$400,000,000 Trust Certificates due 2023 (the "Certificates")
The Issuer wishes to announce that they have requested the Irish Stock Exchange plc trading as Euronext Dublin ("Euronext Dublin") to delist U.S.$ 8,194,000 of the Certificates detailed above from the regulated market of Euronext Dublin. 
U.S.$ 391,806,000 of the Certificates will remain listed. 
This is effective as of 3 June 2020.
