NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

 

 

RE:         Invesco Solar Energy UCITS ETF Acc, ISIN IE00BM8QRZ79 (the
"Fund")

 

 

Dear Shareholder

 

We are writing to you as a Shareholder of the Fund, a sub-fund of Invesco
Markets II plc (the "Company"), to inform you of a change to the Supplement of
the Fund.

 

Background and Changes

 

The Supplement of the Fund will be updated to reflect the following changes to
the index methodology of the Reference Index which shall apply at quarterly
rebalances (the "Changes"):

 

-       Introduction of ESG Business Involvement Screens to exclude
companies engaged in certain business activities from the Reference Index;

-       Modification of the S&P Governance Score Screen by raising
the minimum score from zero to 5, with companies scoring less than 5 to be
excluded from the Reference Index; and

-       Companies that have no S&P Governance score coverage will be
excluded from the Reference Index.

Effective Date

 

The Changes to the index methodology will take effect on 1 June 2023. The
Supplement of the Fund will be amended in due course and the amended
Supplement will be available to Shareholders free of charge.

 

Should you wish to redeem your shareholding as a result of the Changes, you
may do so in accordance with the dealing provisions outlined in the
Prospectus.

Shareholders may obtain the Prospectus, the key information document, the
latest annual and semi-annual reports and copies of the constitution of the
Company free of charge from the registered office of the Manager or the local
representatives in the countries where the Company is registered as well as
from the German information agent, Marcard Stein & Co AG, Ballindamm 36,
20095 Hamburg, Germany and on the website of the Company - etf.invesco.com or
- limited to the Prospectus, the key information documents - on the website of
the relevant stock exchange where the Shares are listed (for Italy, on the
website of Borsa Italiana S.p.a. www.borsaitaliana.it). In Switzerland, the
Prospectus, the key information documents, the latest annual and semi-annual
reports and copies of the constitution may be obtained free of charge from the
Swiss Representative and Paying Agent, BNP PARIBAS, Paris, Zurich branch,
Selnaustrasse 16, 8002 Zurich, Switzerland.

 

All capitalised terms used in this notice shall bear the same meaning as the
capitalised and defined terms used in the Prospectus.
