RE: Optional Redemption in Whole and Delisting of Notes and the Class F Notes from the Official List of Euronext Dublin









 
The Issuer confirms that the Notes and the Class F Notes (as detailed above) were redeemed in full on 17 June 2019 in compliance with the terms and conditions of the Notes and the Class F Notes.
 
The Issuer hereby requests that the Irish Stock Exchange plc, trading as Euronext Dublin ("Euronext Dublin") delists the Notes and the Class F Notes with immediate effect from the Official List of Euronext Dublin.
 
Capitalised terms used but not defined herein shall have the same meanings as given to them in the Master Framework Agreement.
