Neuberger Berman Investment Funds plc (the "Company")




 




RE: Changes to the sub-funds of the Company (the "Funds")




                                                                                          
 
The board of directors of the Company would like to announce that the following changes to the Company and the Funds have taken effect from 28 February 2020 (the "Effective Date").
 
EGM Approved Changes 
 
The changes were outlined in the circulars issued to the relevant shareholders on 20 December 2019 and subsequently approved at extraordinary general meetings and have taken effect on the terms set out in the circulars for the following Funds:

Updates to the Funds' Supplements
 
Following the shareholder notices which were issued to shareholders of the Funds on 20 December 2019 and 25 February 2020 respectively, the changes as detailed in those notices have taken effect on the terms set out in the notices.

Please note that, with effect from 4 May 2018, Neuberger Berman China Onshore Bond Fund changed its name to Neuberger Berman China Bond Fund. The delay in notifying the Irish Stock Exchange plc, trading as Euronext Dublin of this change was due to an oversight of an administrative nature.
 
All of the above changes are included in a revised prospectus for the Company dated 28 February 2020 and in revised supplements for the Funds dated 28 February 2020, and available for inspection from the registered office of the Administrator during normal business hours on any Dealing Day.
