NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF LISTING
As previously notified to holders, the securities listed below which are currently admitted to the official list of the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority and admitted to trading on the Regulated Market of the London Stock Exchange plc (the "London Stock Exchange"), have also been admitted to trading on the regulated market (the "Main Securities Market") of the Irish Stock Exchange plc trading as Euronext Dublin ("Euronext Dublin").  
As a consequence of this, the Issuer has requested that the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc cancel the admission of the securities to listing and trading respectively with effect from 12 June 2019. The admission of the securities to trading on the Main Securities Market of Euronext Dublin will continue, and will not be affected by these steps.
