Europa Oil & Gas (Holdings) plc, the AIM quoted UK, West Africa and Ireland focused oil and gas exploration, development and production company, announces that on 9 April 2025 (the "Grant Date"), under the Company's 2024 EMI scheme, a total of 5,599,840 options were granted over Ordinary Shares.

The options granted shall vest on the third anniversary of the Grant Date (the "Vesting Date"), expire ten years from the Grant Date, and are subject to a performance condition requiring the volume weighted average share price over the last 20 trading days prior to the Vesting Date to be greater than or equal to 1.25 times the volume weighted average share price over the last 20 trading days prior to the Grant Date.

 

Following the above-mentioned option award, as of 9 April 2025, the Company has a total of 56,439,840 options outstanding over Ordinary Shares.
