** Stock set for strongest trading session since late January, if gains hold

** Diversified financial services provider proposes a capital return of about A$23 million ($14.88 million) to shareholders

** Says proposed capital return will complete EZL board's two-year strategic review to simplify co's structure

** More than 170,000 shares change hands, 1.8 times the 30-day average volume

** Stock up 11.9% YTD, including current session's moves
