Corrects headline, bullets 1 and 2 to reflect Softbank sells 36 million rights, not 26 million shares and Softbank's stake

** Shares in Eutelsat ETL.PA fall around 8% after Softbank 9434.T sold 36 million rights in the company

** The 36 million rights offering is equivalent to around 26 million shares in the company, corresponding to nearly a half of Softbank's current stake of roughly 49.6 million shares

** Eutelsat shares sit at the bottom of France's SBF120 index .SBF120

** They sit at their lowest price since mid-June
