11. Additional Information

The entire issued share capital of Eutelsat Communications (ISIN FR0010221234)
was admitted on 29 September 2023 to the Standard Segment of the Official List
of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the Main Market for
listed securities of the London Stock Exchange (LSE) under the ticker symbol:
ETL.

Before the triggering transaction which is referred to hereinbelow, Bpifrance
Participations held 64,586,426 shares in Eutelsat Communication which
represented 13.59% of its share capital and 13.61% of its voting rights
(computed in accordance with DTR 5.8.8.R).

On 30 June 2025, Bpifrance Participations entered into a share transfer
agreement (contrat de cession d’actions) with the French Government pursuant
to which Bpifrance Participations sold to the French Government all its shares
in Eutelsat Communications through an off market block sale.

Bpifrance Participations is 100% controlled by Bpifrance SA, which in turn is
49.2% jointly controlled by Bpifrance (Etablissement public industriel et
commercial - i.e. the entity which is filing this TR-1 form) and 49.2% by the
French Caisse des Dépôts.
