Evercommerce soars on sale talks report

** Shares of EverCommerce Inc  EVCM.O  soar 11.4% to $12.6
    ** Reuters reports the software company is exploring a sale
after attracting acquisition interest, citing people familiar
with the matter 
    ** The source said the EVCM board has formed a special
committee to handle the sale process so that PSG Equity and
Silver Lake, the top two shareholders, may also participate with
bids
    ** PSG Equity and Silver Lake, which own 45% and 35% of
EverCommerce respectively, have not decided if they will be part
of a potential deal, according to the source
    ** More than 372,207 shares change hands, more than
one-and-a-half times the stock's average trading volume in two
months
    ** EVCM up 73.8% YTD
