The Dow and the S&P 500 index rose on Friday, building on a rally in the
previous session after the Kremlin said Russian President Vladimir Putin is
ready to send a delegation to Minsk for negotiations with Ukraine.  .N 
    At 10:53 a.m. ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was up 1.40% at
33,690.2. The S&P 500  .SPX  was up 0.70% at 4,318.76 and the Nasdaq Composite
 .IXIC  was up 0.75% at 13,574.205.
