** EVRI, which operates subsidiaries in the gaming and
FinTech segments, acquires certain strategic assets of Meter

** MIC utilizes optical technology to record and store all
progressive meter data of electronic gaming machines on a casino
gaming floor
** EVRI expects the acquisition, funded from cash on hand,
to add to earnings and operating cash flow
