publisher of premium video games, working simulation games and children's
edutainment apps, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Financial
Statements for the year ended 31 December 2024 ("Annual Report") and Notice of
Annual General Meeting ("Notice of Meeting") have been posted to shareholders
and are now available to download from the Company's website:

Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

The Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 11.00 a.m. on
Tuesday, 3 June 2025 at The Shaftesbury Room, Soho Works, 72-74 Dean St,
London W1D 3SG.

 

The voting results of all resolutions put before the AGM will be announced
