** UK-based video game developer Team17 Group's  TM17.L 
shares up 3.07% at 218.50 pence 
    ** Co appoints Rashid Varachia as CFO and chief operating
officer succeeding Mark Crawford  USN 
    ** "Rashid has extensive video games experience, having been
a finance professional in the sector for over 12 years, making
him highly suitable," - brokerage Peel Hunt says in a note on
new CFO
    ** Stock on track to snap three straight sessions of
declines
    ** As of last close, stock up 14.6% YTD
