** Data management and storage company Everpure's P.N  shares rise 9.3% to $79.06 following Reuters report on activist Jana Partners building new stake, citing two sources and documents reviewed by Reuters.
** Jana Partners began building its position in Everpure in Q1 2026; at the end of Q1, Jana owned more than 1 million shares 
** Current size of Jana's stake in Everpure could not be learned
** "We maintain an open dialogue with all shareholders and we remain focused on executing our strategic plan and delivering for our customers and investors" - Everpure representative
** Jana did not respond to a request for comment 
** Everpure's stock had risen ~8% YTD, as of last close
