ZURICH/BERLIN, Nov 30 (Reuters) - Here are some of the main
factors that may affect Swiss stocks on Tuesday:
      

    COMPANY STATEMENTS
    * Burkhalter  BRKN.S  said it was acquiring Elektrohüs AG
that employs 25 people and generates annual sales of around 3
million Swiss francs.  BRKN.S 
    * Montana Aerospace  AERO.S  said it had signed an agreement
to acquire São Marco for a purchase price undisclosed by both
parties.  AERO.S 
    * dormakaba  DOKA.S  named Jim-Heng Lee its new chief
executive, ascending by Jan. 1 at the latest from a current role
as COO of the Access Solutions Asia-Pacific segment.  DOKA.S 
    * Galenica  GALE.S  said Lukas Ackermann would be joining
the company's executive committee.  GALE.S 
    * Vifor Pharma  VIFN.S  said it was searching for a
successor for CFO Colin Bond as he retires from the role at
end-December.  VIFN.S 
    * Relief Therapeutics  RLFB.S  named Nermeen Varawalla its
new chief medical officer, replacing Gilles della Corte.

    * Evolva Holding  EVE.S  said it had entered into an
agreement to place 63.8 millions shares privately with Veraison
for gross proceeds of 7.5 million Swiss francs, while also
announcing the departure of its CFO from May 2022.  EVE.S 
    * Molecular Partners  MOLN.S  said its investigational
medicine ensovibep developed to treat COVID-19 retained its
activity in regard to the positions that have mutated in the new
Omicron variant.  MOLN.S 
    * Bystronic AG  BYS.S  reiterated its medium-term targets as
outlined strategic growth drivers.  BYS.S
