Director Declaration

 

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.9(2), the Company confirms that Anne de
Kerckhove, Senior Independent Director, has been appointed as Independent
Non-Executive Chair of The Pebble Group Plc with effect from 9 September 2024.
Anne has also been appointed as Chair of its Nomination Committee and will sit
on Audit and Remuneration Committees.
