Notice of FY25 Results

evoke (LSE: EVOK), one of the world's leading betting and gaming companies
with internationally renowned brands including William Hill, 888 and Mr Green,
intends to announce its financial results for the year ended 31 December 2025
("FY25") on Wednesday 29 April 2026.

The Group expects FY25 Revenue and Adjusted EBITDA to be in line with the
trading update provided on 27 January 2026. In addition, Q1 2026 has started
positively with current trading being in line with the Board's expectations.

As previously announced on 10 December 2025, the Board is undertaking a review
of the Group's strategic options, including the consideration of a range of
potential alternatives to maximise shareholder value. The strategic review
remains ongoing, including discussions relating to a potential sale of the
Group, or some of the Group's assets and/or business units. A further update
will be provided as and when appropriate.
