    ** Co receives Notice of Allowance from U.S. Patent and
Trademark Office for its nasal spray, Gimoti  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nGNX8P5nf2
    ** When granted, the patent will cover methods of use for
Gimoti for treatment of gastroparesis, a digestive disorder, and
carries a patent term to at least 2029 - EVOK
    ** Gimoti was approved by U.S. FDA in June for relief of
symptoms of diabetic gastroparesis; it was launched in Q4 2020
    ** Stock down ~26% YTD
