May 8 (Reuters) - Evonik on Friday said it is seeing increased demand for certain chemicals, including crosslinkers, high performance polymers and lubricant additives, as customers start stockpiling due to supply chain uncertainty caused by the war in the Middle East.
The German specialty chemicals maker already saw strong order entries for the second quarter, it said in its first quarter report on Friday, adding it had largely secured raw materials for the coming months.
