Evoqua Water rises on $7.5-bln buyout deal by Xylem

** Shares of water treatment solutions provider Evoqua Water
Technologies Corp AQUA.N rise 15.3% to $47.4 premarket
** Xylem Inc XYL to acquire AQUA in an all-stock deal
valued at $7.5 bln, including debt
** Under terms, AQUA shareholders will receive 0.480 shares
of XYL for each Evoqua share, representing a value of $52.89 per
share, or a 29% premium based on XYL and AQUA's closing prices
as of Friday
** Shares of XYL down 10.2% at $99 in premarket trading
** AQUA stock lost 15.3% in 2022
