CHANGES IN THE COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

EVRAZ plc announces that Nikolay Ivanov, who joined EVRAZ as Chief Financial
Officer in November 2016, has been appointed as an executive director to the
Board with immediate effect.

There are no matters to disclose in accordance with LR 9.6.13R in relation to
either appointment.
