EVRAZ plc - Changes to the Board of Directors
 
8 August 2018 - EVRAZ plc (LSE: EVR) announces that Ms. Laurie Argo has been appointed to the Board of
EVRAZ plc as an independent non-executive Director, with effect from 8 August 2018. She has also been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee in place of Mr. Karl Gruber, who steps down from the Audit Committee with immediate effect.
 
Commenting on the appointment, Mr. Alexander Abramov, Chairman, said:
"I would like to welcome Laurie Argo to our Board. Her presence on the Board increases its expertise across both the industry and our geographic regions, as well as improving the Board's diversity in line with the recommendations of the report by Lord Davies and EVRAZ's diversity policy."
Ms. Argo served as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Products Holdings LLC, General Partner of Enterprise Products Partners L.P. from January 2015 until September 2017. She had responsibility for unregulated NGL fractionation, storage and unregulated pipelines, as well as crude oil and refined products. She served as Vice President, NGL Fractionation, Storage and Unregulated Pipelines from January 2014 to January 2015, which included gas gathering and processing in the Rockies, San Juan and Permian areas. Ms. Argo was Chief Executive Officer and President of OTLP GP LLC, the General Partner of Oiltanking Partners, L.P. from October 2014 to February 2015. From 2005 to January 2014, she held various positions in the NGL and Natural Gas Processing businesses for Enterprise, where her responsibilities included the commercial and financial management of four joint venture companies. She has over 20 years of experience in the energy industry. Ms. Argo worked for San Diego Gas and Electric Company in San Diego, California from 2001 to 2004 and PG&E Gas Transmission, a subsidiary of PG&E Corporation, in Houston, Texas, from 1997 to 2000.
Ms. Argo graduated from the St. Edward's University in Austin, Texas in 1995 with a degree in Accounting. Ms. Argo also graduated from National University in La Jolla, CA in 2005 with an MBA in Finance.
