EVRAZ plc was notified on 29 March 2019 by Mr. Alexander Abramov, a director of EVRAZ plc, that he placed an order to purchase EVRAZ 5.25% notes due in 2024 for total principal amount of $50m. As a result of this transaction, Mr. Alexander Abramov's holding will increase to $50m EVRAZ 5.25% notes due in 2024. Settlement of the transaction is expected to be completed on 2 April 2019.
