Notification of transactions ofdirectors/persons discharging managerial responsibility or connected persons
EVRAZ plc was notified on 14 November 2014 by Mr Alexander Abramov, a director of EVRAZ plc, that in the period from 11 until 13 November 2014 he sold 394,236 EVRAZ Ordinary Shares, held indirectly, at prices within the range of 127.00-128.28 pence per share. As a result of this transaction, Mr Alexander Abramov's indirect holding decreased to 328,170,157 EVRAZ Ordinary Shares, or 21.78% of total issued capital of EVRAZ plc.
EVRAZ plc was notified on 14 November 2014 by Mr Alexander Frolov, a director of EVRAZ plc, that in the period from 11 until 13 November he sold 196,823 EVRAZ Ordinary Shares, held indirectly, at prices within the range of 127.00-128.28 pence per share. As a result of this transaction, Mr Alexander Frolov's indirect holding decreased to 163,870,710 EVRAZ Ordinary Shares, or 10.88% of total issued capital of EVRAZ plc.
