EVRAZ plc reports that on 29 December 2016 Mr Nikolay Ivanov, a person discharging managerial responsibility in EVRAZ plc, was included into the EVRAZ plc Long Term Incentive Plan under which he was granted awards and will be eligible to receive of up to 366 973 EVRAZ plc Ordinary Shares in the period of 2017-2020.
The exercise price per share under the awards is 1.67 (weighted average) and awards are exercisable between 2017 and 2020, subject to applicable performance conditions having been satisfied.
