EVRAZ plc (or "the Company") reports that on 29 March 2018 Mr. Nikolay Ivanov, a person discharging managerial responsibility in EVRAZ plc, under the Company's Dividend re-investment Plan 2018, has purchased the 3,895 EVRAZ plc Ordinary Shares. The exercise price per share is £4.324338.
