EVRAZ holds Capital Markets Day

 

10 November 2021 - EVRAZ plc (LSE: EVR) ("EVRAZ" or the "Company") announces
that it will be hosting its Capital Markets Day at 11:00 am Moscow time (8:00
am UK time) today.

 

The Capital Markets Day will feature the presentation by EVRAZ executives,
including Sir Michael Peat (Senior Independent Non-Executive Director),
Aleksey Ivanov (CEO), Ilya Shirokobrod (Vice-President, Sales and Logistics)
and Nikolay Ivanov (CFO).

 

The presentation will provide the status of the Potential Demerger of coal
assets, an update on ESG targets and initiatives and steel business` growth
strategy overview.

 

For 2021-26 period, EVRAZ is considering several key investment projects with
the target to secure EBITDA growth in the amount of c.US$630 million.

 

The Company is expecting the effect on EBITDA from the Steel segment's sales
strategy execution to amount to c.US$300 million (partially included into the
above mentioned figure) in 2026.

 

Average annual capital expenditures are expected to be around US$1.0 billion
per annum in 2021-2026, including plans to invest around US$200 million in the
environmental projects in 2022-2025.
