EVRAZ SANCTIONED

6 May 2022 - EVRAZ plc ("EVRAZ" or the "Company") informs that on 5 May 2022
EVRAZ was designated by the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and
Development Affairs under regulation 5 of the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit)
Regulations 2019.

The Company has been included on the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development
Office's Sanctions List on gov.uk:

On 29 April 2022, OFSI issued General Licence INT/2022/1710676 under
Regulation 64 of the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 ("the
Russia Regulations") which allows for the continuation of business operations
of the North American subsidiaries of EVRAZ:
