On 1April 2015, the issuer, EVRAZ plc, invited shareholders to participate in a tender offer to tender up to a maximum of 8.03% of their shareholding for consideration of US$3.10 per share. Pursuant to the terms of the tender offer, on 20April 2015, EVRAZ plc transferred to treasury 108,458,508 ordinary shares of the Company which had been successfully tendered by the shareholders.
