Interim Dividend in respect of the six months ended 30 June 2017 - Determination of Currency Amounts
24 August 2017- According to the announcement of EVRAZ plc interim financial results for H1 2017 on 10 August 2017, the Company declared an interim dividend of US$0.30 per share. The dividend will be paid on 8September 2017 to shareholders who were on the register on 18August 2017.
The interim dividend will be paid in U.S.dollars, although certain shareholders have elected to receive their dividend payments in UK Pounds Sterling or Euros.
The UK Pound Sterling and Euro amount payable has been determined by reference to the exchange rates of the Central Bank of Europe applicable to the U.S.dollar on 23August 2017. These rates are as follows:
USD/GBP = 0.7808
USD/Euro = 0.8475
Accordingly, for non-U.S.dollar payments the amount payable per share will be:
UK Pounds Sterling: GBP 0.2342
Euro: Euro 0.2543
