Major shareholding notification
 
EVRAZ plc ("EVRAZ" or the "Company") has been notified on 21 December 2018 by Crosland Global Limited ("Crosland"), a major shareholder of EVRAZ, that it has transferred 298,625,541 EVRAZ ordinary shares to Abiglaze Ltd ("Abiglaze") and completed a reorganisation (the "Transfer").    
 
The Company was advised on the same date that following the Transfer:
·      Crosland now holds a direct interest in 149,118,167 EVRAZ ordinary shares, or 10.33% of the total voting rights attaching to the Company's ordinary shares; and
·      Abiglaze now holds a direct interest in 298,625,541 EVRAZ ordinary shares, or 20.69% of the total voting rights attaching to the Company's ordinary shares.
The Company has been informed that the Transfer will not result in any change to the indirect economic interest held by Mr. Alexander Abramov or Mr. Alexander Frolov in the Company's shares.  
 
The Company understands that Mr. Abramov will continue to have an indirect economic interest in the 298,625,541 shares in EVRAZ held by Abiglaze, or 20.69% of the total voting rights, and that Mr. Frolov will continue to have an indirect economic interest in the 149,118,167 shares in EVRAZ held by Crosland, or 10.33% of the total voting rights.  
 
The Company confirms that following the Transfer it will enter into a revised relationship agreement with Crosland and a new relationship agreement with Abiglaze, in accordance with the Listing Rules. The relationship agreements will be on terms and conditions that are substantively the same as the relationship agreement that was previously entered into with Crosland. The new agreements will also include undertakings from certain of the Company's controlling shareholders as required by LR 9.2.2ADR. It is anticipated that such new relationship agreements will be entered into during January 2019.
