coal assets (the "Potential Demerger")

EVRAZ notes the announcement from PJSC Raspadskaya ("Raspadskaya") that
certain documents relating to the Potential Demerger have been approved:

EVRAZ notes that such agreements will not become effective until they are also
approved and executed by EVRAZ. There can be no assurance that the Potential
