EVS Broadcast: 3rd CEO makes sudden exit

** Shares in EVS Broadcast  EVSB.BR  slump 6% to 13-yr lows
after CEO's surprise departure
    ** In a statement late on Tuesday, EVS said board and CEO
Muriel De Lathouwer mutually agreed to end the term of the
office and duties of Muriel De Lathouwer effective July 10 
    ** ING analysts point to the sudden exit and say given that
this is happening the third time in a row, "the board has a
credibility issue in our view"
    ** The brokerage adds that this might make the board and
company look weak and "somewhat increases the chances of EVS
becoming a takeover target"
