Aug 20 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on the region's markets or individual stocks.

DRONE VOLT ALDRV.PA:

Drone-maker Drone Volt ALDRV.PA entered a strategic partnership with oil giant TotalEnergies TTEF.PA under which the parties will deploy drone inspections at several sites in France, and internationally.

EVS EVSB.BR:

Belgium-based broadcast equipment maker EVS EVSB.BR announced an acquisition of a U.S.-based firm Telemetrics in a bid to expand global reach.

The Belgian firm also maintained its annual revenue and EBIT guidance after delivering half-year revenues of nearly 92 million euros ($107.25 million).

IPSOS ISOS.PA:

France-based research company Ipsos ISOS.PA appointed Jean Laurent Poitou as its new chief executive officer, who is set to replace Ben Page, whose term of office will end on September 15.

TOTALENERGIES TTEF.PA:

TotalEnergies TTEF.PA began a planned 60-day overhaul on the small crude distillation unit (CDU), along with a reformer and hydrotreaters at its 238,000 barrel-per-day Port Arthur, Texas refinery, people familiar with plant operations said on Tuesday.
