Australia's EVZ surges as unit accepts deal for construction

** Shares of EVZ Ltd  EVZ.AX  surges as much as 11.5% to
A$0.145, the biggest intraday gain since Jan 6
    ** The engineering co says its unit has signed a Letter of
Intent from Viva Energy to design    and construct 33 megalitre
diesel storage tanks at the Geelong refinery in Victoria,

    ** Co says the total value of the project is expected to be
circa A$40M with completion scheduled in third quarter of FY24 
    ** Adds that the three tanks will form part of the Federal
Government's    Boosting Australia's Diesel Storage Program
