$13.4 in extended trading 
    ** Co announces a change in its 2018 pact with Johnson &
Johnson's  JNJ.N  Janssen unit to co-promote rheumatoid

    ** According to the amendment, XGN to receive a minimum
promotion fee of $0.3 mln for Q1 and Q2 of 2021; the fee will be
capped at 10% above an adj. pre-determined baseline
    ** Up to Monday's close, XGN down ~53% YTD
