** Shares of Cipherpoint Ltd  CPT.AX  climb as much as 16.7%
to A$0.007, their highest since Dec 9
    ** Cyber security services provider says unit Exciteit has
signed agreement with Healius Ltd  HLS.AX  for an initial value
of up to A$540,000 ($364,878)
    ** Says agreement to facilitate roll out of VoIP Telephony
in health centres across Australia
    ** CPT down 78.8% YTD, as of last close
    ** HLS shares up 0.2% on Tuesday; down 44.9% YTD 
($1 = 1.4799 Australian dollars)
