extended trade 
    ** XCUR announces public offering of common stock; Company
did not provide details of the size of the offering but said all
of the shares are being offered by Exicure  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nASA0076Z
    ** Says it intends to use net proceeds from offering to
advance further development of various drugs 
   ** Up to Wednesday's close, stock down 16.4%
