** Stock top pct gainer across U.S. exchanges
** French pharma Ipsen IPN.PA and XCUR enter into
exclusive agreement to research, develop, and commercialize
XCUR's novel Spherical Nucleic Acids (SNAs) as potential
treatments for Huntington's disease and Angelman syndrome
** Exicure will receive $20 mln upfront and is eligible to
get up to $1 bln in option exercise fees and milestone payments
